In January 2026, we announced that Bridepoint has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in the business. The potential transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and the completion of information and consultation processes with employee representatives where necessary, and is expected to complete in late Q2 or Q3 2026.
