- Bridgepoint Europe VII – A €7 billion middle-market buyout fund that acquires and realises value from market-leading European companies typically valued at more than €300 million, operating in high-growth niches across Europe.
- Bridgepoint Development Capital V – A €2.8 billion lower middle-market fund, focusing on investments typically valued between €100 million and €300 million across the UK, France, the Nordic region and German-speaking European countries.
- Bridgepoint Growth II – A £292 million small-cap fund, which seeks to invest in high growth businesses with proven business models typically seeking equity investment of up to €100 million in businesses across the UK and the Nordics.
- Bridgepoint Direct Lending IV – seeks to provide floating rate, first lien, senior secured financing to European middle-market companies.
- Bridgepoint Credit Opportunities IV – across the fourth vintage of the strategy, raised c.€1.1 billion of investable capital to flexibly deploy across the capital structure and across private (primary) and public (secondary) credit markets, seeking to identify the best relative value across market cycles.
- Bridgepoint Syndicated Debt – currently managing c.€4 billion in liquid, non-investment grade, corporate senior secured loans and notes, across nine collateralised loan obligations (“CLOs”).
- Newbury Bridgepoint invests in a broad range of secondaries transactions, from acquiring limited partner interests in private equity funds to investing in select privately held companies through GP-led transactions. Working with limited partners, the team targets transactions of up to $250 million in value, with no minimum size, enabling a broad range of outcomes – from full portfolio sales to partial liquidity solutions and structured transactions.
