Chris Jaroch

Partner

Chris Jaroch is a Partner, responsible for the origination, valuation, execution, and monitoring of secondary investments. He joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury. Chris was a founding member of the Newbury team in 2006 and has spent more than 20 years as a senior manager and investor in the private equity secondary market.

Before Newbury, Chris served as a Vice President in the Secondary Group at Auda Private Equity. Earlier in his career, Chris worked at Perry Capital, where he focused on transactions for the firm’s credit business. He also held the role of Vice President in the Private Placements Group at Salomon Smith Barney, executing private equity transactions on behalf of clients. Chris began his career as a Senior Associate at Advest, advising middle-market healthcare companies on mergers and acquisitions and equity financings.

Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Amherst College.
