International Associate Programme

Through the programme, we're building diversity from the ground up. The programme is designed to ensure that 50% of all our Associate-level hires are female, and to encourage all other forms of diversity, too. 

Bridgepoint Group's International Associate Programme (IAP) is designed to give our entry-level Associates the knowledge and technical skills to develop and launch their career with us. 

The programme is led by Partners within the firm and makes sure that everyone joining the Group early in their career benefits from the strong, supportive relationships of a cohort within the organisation.
