Edouard leads the Capital Markets Team at Bridgepoint. He joined the Firm in 2014.

He has worked on a number of transactions, including Balt, Dorna, eFront, Esker, Evac, Evoriel, Fenergo, Foncia, Groupe Empruntis, HTL, Kereis, Kyriba, Medipole-Medipartenaires, Miya, Rovensa, THOM Europe, TuvTurk, Vermaat, Vitamin Well and Windar.  

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he was an Executive Director at Messier Maris & Associés, focusing on financing and restructuring advisory assignments for leveraged buyouts and corporates. He worked previously in the leveraged finance group of RBS and the corporate finance division of Deutsche Bank.

Edouard is a graduate of HEC Paris School of Management.
