The Bridgepoint Group Foundation

Established in 2026, The Bridgepoint Group Foundation is our global charitable foundation, created to advance economic opportunity in the communities where the Group operates.

The Foundation builds on the legacy of the Bridgepoint Charitable Trust, bringing the Group’s charitable giving, colleague engagement, local partnerships and philanthropy together behind a shared ambition: helping more people access opportunity.

The Foundation builds on the legacy of the Bridgepoint Charitable Trust, bringing the Group’s charitable giving, colleague engagement, local partnerships and philanthropy together behind a shared ambition: helping more people access opportunity.

Across the places where we live, work and invest, there is no shortage of talent, ambition or potential. But many people face barriers to opportunity because they lack access to the support, skills, experience, networks or capital that can help them move forward.

Through the Foundation, we support organisations creating practical pathways into entrepreneurship, employment and long-term economic independence.

At its heart, the Foundation is rooted in a simple belief: when more people can access economic opportunity, communities become stronger and more resilient.

Our focus

Together with our partners, we combine our capital, expertise and networks to help people unlock their potential and build stronger, more resilient communities.

Our focus reflects the Group’s strengths as a business: backing ambition, supporting growth, developing talent and connecting people, capital and ideas.

The Bridgepoint Group Foundation helps advance economic opportunity at a local level by expanding access to entrepreneurship and employment.

How we work

The Foundation works with local charities and community organisations that understand the needs of their communities and are already creating meaningful impact.

We support our partners through funding, expertise and engagement from our people. Our aim is to help people build the confidence, skills, experience and connections they need to access meaningful work, start or grow a business, and participate more fully in the economy.

Our approach is local, practical and partnership-led. We focus on organisations that are helping people take tangible steps towards entrepreneurship, employment and long-term economic independence.

Our people

Across our offices, colleagues support community organisations through giving, volunteering, fundraising, mentoring and local partnerships. Through the Foundation, we are creating more ways for our people to contribute their time, skills and experience to causes that matter to them and to the communities around us.

The Group’s people play an important role in bringing the Foundation to life.

Governance and leadership

The Bridgepoint Group Foundation is a registered UK charity, chaired by Ruth Prior, Chief Financial Officer of Bridgepoint Group. Its Trustee Board and Leadership brings together experience from across the Group and the wider charitable sector to guide the Foundation’s strategy, governance and long-term impact.

Building on the work of the Bridgepoint Charitable Trust, the Foundation unifies our efforts globally and focuses them on a clear ambition: creating pathways to opportunity in the communities where we live, work and invest.

As the Foundation develops, we will continue to build partnerships, learn from our communities and focus our support where the Group can make a meaningful and lasting contribution.
