Bridgepoint appoints Frédéric de Courtois as Senior Adviser to the management team

Bridgepoint Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric de Courtois as a Senior Adviser.

Frédéric joins the firm on 1 April 2026, and brings over three decades of international leadership experience in insurance and financial services. He has served as President of Insurance Europe, the European insurance and reinsurance federation representing national associations across the continent, since May 2024. He previously served as Deputy CEO of AXA Group, with responsibility for Finance, Operations, Strategy, Risk and Underwriting, and was a member of the Group Management Committee. As a Senior Adviser, Frédéric will advise Bridgepoint’s leadership team and play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic development.
