An AI-powered workforce management platform for frontline teams

Bridgepoint's investment, made through Bridgepoint Development Capital V, will support Skello's next phase of growth across three priorities: consolidating its leadership in France, pursuing its European expansion, and broadening the functional scope of its platform. This will be backed by continued investment in AI, team reinforcement including 100 planned hires in 2026 across tech, product, and sales, and selective external growth. Skello is one of Europe's leading providers of workforce management software for frontline teams, serving over 30,000 businesses and over 700,000 daily users across France, Spain, the Benelux, and Italy. Its platform brings scheduling, administrative management, compliance, and operational performance together in a single intuitive tool.

Founded in 2016 by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan, and operating from hubs in Paris, Lille, and Barcelona, Skello employs more than 400 people and exceeded €50m ARR in 2026, having reached profitability in 2025. In 2025 the company launched Skello Assistant, the first AI agent dedicated to frontline teams, turning large volumes of operational data into tailored HR insights and automating the actions that follow.
