Driven by the growing demand from organisations for skills development worldwide, Bridgepoint Group portfolio company Cegos Group, an international leader in Learning & Development (L&D), continues to deploy its strategic roadmap. With a direct presence in Europe, Asia and the Americas and deploying training programmes in more than 50 countries, the Cegos Group is today taking a new step in its international development with the acquisition of Euroforum, a key Dutch player in the professional training sector.
A strategic acquisition in a mature and innovative market
Founded in 1975 and based in the Netherlands, Euroforum has established itself as a leading training & conferences provider thanks to a portfolio of over 300 programs covering key topics such as finance, public policy, energy transition, data & AI, healthcare, legal affairs and organisational development.
The acquisition of Euroforum therefore allows Cegos to establish its presence on the Dutch market, one of the most advanced in the world in terms of digitalisation and educational innovation and benefits from active public-policy support for lifelong learning.
This operation also brings together two historical players in the sector - Cegos celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026 and Euroforum celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025 - and seals the natural alliance of two sustainable brands, guided by a common ambition: to support organisations and individuals in their skills development and transformations, while promoting sustainable performance.
“The acquisition of Euroforum is fully aligned with our development strategy, as the Dutch professional training market is one of the most mature and innovative in Europe. We are convinced that this alliance will create tremendous value for both our clients and our teams, because Cegos and Euroforum share a strong belief: because human potential is at the heart of skills development, training is a unique lever to support economic, technological, and societal transformations in an ambitious yet responsible way. With this operation, we are celebrating our 100th anniversary, reaffirming our international reach and impact more than ever. I am therefore particularly pleased to welcome the Euroforum teams to the Cegos Group in this symbolic and promising year.”
