Antonia is a Managing Director in Bridgepoint's OSG team. She joined in 2026 and is based in London.

She previously worked for over eight years with KKR’s team of operating partners, Capstone, in their London office. At KKR, Antonia was the global value creation lead for their mid-market strategy, Global Impact, and partnered with the Healthcare and Business Services teams of Europe’s flagship PE strategy to drive value across the portfolio. Prior to that, Antonia worked with the Boston Consulting Group in Germany as part of their Healthcare team with a functional focus on commercial excellence, business development, and PMIs.

Antonia holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim with semesters abroad in Singapore and the US.
