Bertrand is a Partner and leads Bridgepoint Development Capital’s operations in France. He joined the firm in 2014.

Being a member of the Business and Financial Services core team, Bertrand has worked on numerous transactions in this sector, including Finzzle Group, Argon&Co, Cegos, Cyrus Group, CIR and Anaveo. Prior successful exits include CIR and Cyrus Group.

Bertrand currently sits on the boards of Finzzle Group, Argon&Co and Cegos. In addition to numerous bolt-ons made for those platforms, Bertrand’s transactional work includes the transforming acquisition of Herez for Cyrus Group.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Bertrand was a Partner of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity where he was involved in a range of mid-market buyouts and subsequent exits, for nine years. He had previously worked for Lazard for five years within their M&A team.

He is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) Business School.
