Cadence is the Director of The Bridgepoint Group Foundation. She joined Bridgepoint in 2026 and is based in London.

Prior to Bridgepoint, Cadence served as Acting Executive Director of the Permira Foundation, supporting charities and social enterprises working across education, employment and health. Her experience spans technology, financial services, private equity and natural resources, including leading the corporate foundation of FTSE 100 company Sage, where she built and scaled global entrepreneurship and skills programmes across multiple markets.

Cadence holds non-executive and advisory positions with organisations including Girl Code, Zurich Community Trust and Collinson Group.

Originally from Australia and now based in the UK, Cadence studied Business, Politics and Public Relations at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
