Daman is Head of Reward, based in our London office. He joined Bridgepoint in 2025.

Prior to Bridgepoint, Daman worked for a fintech firm, NewDay, owned jointly by CVC and Cinven, where he led the Reward and People Data strategy.  

Prior to NewDay, Daman worked in financial services, including BNP Paribas and Santander.

Daman holds a degree in Economics from University of Delhi.
