Vice President

Debra Blanco is a Vice President, assisting with all aspects of office management and administrative support. She joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury.

Prior to joining Newbury in 2015, Debra spent nearly a decade as Office Manager at FTV Capital, a growth equity investment firm, where she supported the firm’s New York office. Earlier in her career, Debra served as Office Manager at Third Point LLC, a New York-based asset management firm.
