Eric Guja

Managing Director

Eric Guja is a Managing Director, supporting the transaction team across all secondary investment-related functions, including the evaluation and monitoring of investments. He joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury.

Before Newbury, Eric served as an Associate in the Private Capital Advisory group at Evercore, where he assisted in the execution of secondary market transactions involving private equity interests. Earlier in his career, Eric worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, advising companies across a range of industries, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. Prior to that, he was an equity research analyst at Renaissance Capital, an independent research and asset management firm.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bucknell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
