Gerry Esposito

Gerry Esposito is a Partner and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of operations, investor relations, internal and external financial reporting, and regulatory oversight. He joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury.

Before Newbury, Gerry served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for the Private Capital Group of BNP Paribas, where he oversaw financial reporting and internal operations for the firm’s U.S. private equity business. Earlier in his career, Gerry was a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Private Equity Investor Services Group, advising many of the nation’s leading private equity and venture capital firms.

Gerry is a Board Member of the NewYork  Private Equity CFO Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Gerry earned a BBA from Siena University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
