Marcus is Partner and Group Head of Investor Relations at Bridgepoint and serves on the firm’s Group Management Committee. He joined Bridgepoint in 2026.
Marcus has more than 30 years of experience across private markets and investment banking. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he spent over 16 years at EQT, most recently as Partner and Deputy Head of Capital Raising & Client Relations. As EQT’s first dedicated fundraising professional, he played a key role in building and scaling the firm’s global Capital Raising & Client Relations platform, helping to expand its investor franchise and supporting the firm’s growth into one of the world’s leading private markets managers.
Marcus has extensive experience in capital raising, investor relations, strategic client partnerships, and scaling global private markets businesses.
Prior to EQT, he spent 15 years in investment banking in Stockholm and London.
Marcus holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.
