Nick Negulic

Senior Associate

Nick Negulic is a Senior Associate, supporting the transaction team across all secondary investment-related functions, including the evaluation and monitoring of investments. He joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury.

Before Newbury, Nick served as Vice President of Finance at Gigly, LLC, a licensed marketer and reseller of insurance and non-insurance benefits, where he led the firm’s internal finance and accounting function. Earlier in his career, Nick was an Associate in Equity Research at Truist Securities, covering companies in the application software and technology services sectors.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.
