Shamyl is a Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operations, within Bridgepoint Credit and joined the Firm in 2025.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Shamyl held roles at 17Capital, CVC and CQS, focusing on fund finance and operations functions across a variety of credit fund platforms. His experience spans fund set-up and launches, operational transformations, service provider transitions and building middle-office capabilities.

Shamyl is a qualified accountant with a degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
