Vay is an Associate within Investor Relations and joined the Firm in 2025.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Vay worked in the Investment Banking Division at Guggenheim where she focused on transactions in the technology sector.

Vay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
