Warren Symon

Partner

Warren Symon is a Partner, responsible for the origination, valuation, execution, and monitoring of secondary investments. He joined the Firm in 2026 as part of Bridgepoint’s acquisition of Newbury.

Before Newbury, Warren served as a Vice President at Quilvest Private Equity, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed fund investments and co-investments. Earlier in his career, Warren was a Senior Associate at Pomona Capital, where he evaluated and conducted due diligence on secondary transactions. Warren began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as an Associate in Equity Research, covering companies in the industrial and technology sectors.

Warren earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA with honors from Amherst College.
