During Bridgepoint’s ownership, the company expanded its international footprint significantly, growing its clinic network across Europe and into additional international markets.

In 2013, Bridgepoint sold Diaverum to a consortium led by Investment AB Kinnevik. Bridgepoint re-acquired the business from Kinnevik in 2017 to support Diaverum’s continued international expansion and investment in digital capabilities and clinical systems. In 2023, the company was sold to M42, part of Mubadala Healthcare.
